Don't get caught up in Catch Phrases

Mindfulness - bringing attention to the present in your life, Gratitude - having a thankful attitude each day, Spirituality - the search for the sacred in your life.  All of these can be powerful ways to approach and face the anxiety of modern life.  Each can help you with perspective in your life, help you make the decisions which will bring you the outcomes you long for - close, warm relationships with the people that matter to you, the trust of friends and colleagues, and the respect of the community.

But what they all have in common is that although they can provide great help to anyone open to practicing them, if you can bring (or obtain) clarity of your intentions to these practices, they can become even more powerful.  Someone with tangled, unresolved and still hurtful relationships can find it difficult to concentrate on any of these practices.

All of life is choice.  I'd love to help you clearly look at your choices, and make the decisions which will bring you closer to the life you've always wanted - and deserve.

People throw around the catch phrases about Mindfulness, Practicing Gratitude and Spirituality - all these are wonderful, powerful tools, and you can learn about and practice them with great results.  Just don't let these Catch Phrases overshadow the value of attaining a clarity of vision for your heart's desire.
